Responsibilities -
Build innovative, exceptional and well-engineered mobile applications with intuitive, High Performance, well-designed user interfaces that satisfy both internal and external customer requirements.
Responsible for the overall development of mobile applications and prototypes.
Train and mentor the team on mobile application development.
Lead the team to develop the best technical design and approach for mobile application development.
Participate in the organization and planning of development resources and schedules.
Facilitate demos with internal and external stakeholders.
Adapt plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, documentation, tools, and best practices.
Appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones, and cultivating that same appetite in the development team
Required Skill Set -
Experience in design & development of both Cross platform hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Proficient working experience on Xamarin and/or PhoneGap
Proficient in open web technologies like HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS
Proficient in Web Services development & Integration (REST/SOAP/WCF/Restful JSON/XML)
Proficient on publishing mobile applications on public store for Android & iOS
Proficient with working on Mobile Automation Testing tools & Mobile Application Testing process/framework
Proficient with Mobile push notification framework and implementation
Knowledge and Experience with Agile development projects, especially Scrum, will be an added advantage.
Proficient with Mobile application performance tuning mechanisms
Proficient with RDBMS concepts & SQL queries
Experience of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
Experience in MDM, MAM, MCM and Security aspects in mobile applications
Experience in Responsive Development practices.
Understand Requirements and translate the requirements to design specifications
Create Technical design and functional specification documentations
Deliver across the entire app life cycle Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Test, Deployment, Distribution and support
